Sunset Terrace is a small residential neighborhood about 5 miles southwest of downtown Houston. Situated roughly south of Westpark Drive, north of Bissonnet, west of Edloe St, and east of Weslayan St, Sunset Terrace only spans about one square block. But what this neighborhood lacks in size it makes up for in quality. Sunset Terrace contains tree-lined streets filled with beautiful, unique homes. It is an alternative for some who are drawn to the character and feel of the nearby West University Place neighborhood but can’t afford the hefty price tag. That’s not to say that the homes in Sunset Terrace are cheap; the average home here sells for around half a million dollars.
