Upper Kirby is a commercial district located on the west end of downtown Houston. Its boundaries generally lie north of Bissonnet St, south of Westheimer Rd, east of the Buffalo Speedway, and west of Montrose Blvd. The Upper Kirby area is primarily made up of local retailers, restaurants, and commercial businesses.
